How we size the box
- A law firm, a software company or another small office with up to 10 people at the same time gets the Office box. It serves 10 concurrent users, at 8k tokens of context, at 30 tokens per second each, with an fp8 KV cache.
- From 11 people, and in banking, insurance, healthcare, the public sector, manufacturing and energy at any size, you get the Reasoning box. One box serves 35 concurrent users, at 8k tokens of context, at 30 tokens per second each, with an fp8 KV cache. A larger team gets one box for each 35 people.
- Both figures are calculated, not yet measured on a built box. For long documents we confirm the head count per box with you.
- Every offer has one monthly fee, a 36-month term and a 30-day acceptance test on your own work. A public body gets a 12-month term, renewable each year, so one box stays under the direct-purchase limit. There is no price per seat.

Why does the monthly fee come after the contact details?
The fee is part of a dated offer with a reference, valid for 30 days. We send it by email with the argument beside it. The box, the capacity and the terms are on this page before you give us anything.
Which box will I get?
A law firm, a software company or another small office with up to 10 people at the same time gets the Office box. Every other buyer gets the Reasoning box, one for each 35 people working at the same time. Both quotes hold at 8k tokens of context, at 30 tokens per second each, with an fp8 KV cache. Both are calculated, not yet measured on a built box.
What if the box cannot carry my team?
The 36-month term starts after a 30-day acceptance test on your own work. If the box misses its four-number quote, we take it back at our cost. A public body gets a 12-month term, renewable each year.
